2 cups of spinach
1-2 ripe bananas
1 heaped tbsp natural raw vegan protein powder
1 tbsp cacao powder
1/2 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tbsp 100% natural peanut butter
1 tsp chia seeds
1 level tsp spirulina
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup frozen berries
1/2 cup ice
Museli or anything else you want to top it with
I have a particular order I like to blend things up in.
Place spinach and milk into blender and blend til smooth
Then add bananas, coconut oil and peanut butter and blend
Add protein, cacao, spirulina powder and chia seeds and blend
Then add frozen berries and ice and blend briefly so that the smoothie is nice and think
I love to serve mine in a bowl topped with museli
